This is a very rare ultra scale built up boxcar. This is the first and only time I have been able to offer this model in all these years of estate selling.
The car got its sawtooth nickname as the side vertical and diagonals connect to the Cross bearers and are uncovered and thus a sawtooth bottom appearance along the lower edge. Most box cars have this area covered by an angelle or a C channel.
Also note the fish belly under frame. The 40 ft, single sheathed boxcar is unweathered and very well done. This rare offering is$345.00.
